IMPORTANT WARNINGS

1) THE PUBLICATION FEE does not give you the right to participate in the 60th Brazilian Concrete Conference.
IBRACON does not provide a publication declaration, it will only send the article in pdf format as a prove of publication, when requested.

2) Registered authors will be able to exempt up to 2 articles from the payment of the publication fee at the time of registration.

3) Authors are responsible for inserting the articles at the time of registration, if the articles are not inserted, IBRACON won’t be responsible for them because they will not be in the Annals of Congress and won’t be published.

4) Participants registered as GRADUATION and/or POST-GRADUATION STUDENTS need to provide documents to prove their student status.
If the documents are not provided, the REGISTRATION won’t be validated.
5) In case of cancelation or non-attendance, the value paid will not be refunded. The BRAZILIAN INSTITUTE OF CONCRETE is a non-profit organization, declared as a FEDERAL PUBLIC UTILITY (Decree 86.871 from 25/01/1982), therefore, it is EXEMPT of the Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ), please do not retain the contributions to CSL, CONFINS and PIS, according to the 3rd paragraph of Art. 31 of the Law 10.925 from 23/07/2004 - DOU from 26/07/2004.

6) Delinquent members: pay your annual fee in advance - you won’t be able to do it at the conference venue.

7) REGISTRATION PAID BY INSTITUTIONS - will only be accepted until 15/07/2018. The payment won’t be accepted after this date or at the venue.

IMPORTANT:
1) The Institutions that have not paid the registration fees for employees (EMPENHO) in previous years will NOT be able to register in this modality until all debts are paid.

ALL FINANCIAL OPERATIONS RELATED TO REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE BY PAGSEGURO (www.pagseguro.com.br)

2) At the time of registration, it’s possible to choose to PARTICIPATE in the event’s closing dinner, which will cost R$100,00, having also the option of ADDING a SECOND PERSON paying extra R$150,00.
Attention: the places for the “Closing Dinner” are LIMITED and the ticket is INDIVIDUAL and INTRANSFERRABLE.

3) Those who choose to pay for the CLOSING DINNER at the conference venue, if there are any places available, will pay R$150,00

Considerations:
1. The registration fee can’t be paid in installments
2. The bank slip provided by PAG SEGURO can be paid at all banks before the due date
3. Credit cards operators are responsible for financial charges and exchange rate adjustments

REGISTRATION (authors or non-authors)
STEP 1. Read the instructions below and access the link to REGISTER AND/OR PAY THE PUBLICATION FEE

STEP 2. Registrations will be made via PAG SEGURO.

STEP 3. Participants will only be considered REGISTERED if they pay the fee via PAG SEGURO and/or the institution pays the registration fee.

STEP 4: Participants who pay the fee from 16/07/2018 to 17/09/2018 won’t be considered REGISTERED.

STEP 5: IBRACON will send two e-mails:

5.1) one at the time of registration to let you know that you registration information was successfully received, and another one,
5.2) to confirm the payment and registration.

Only after receiving both e-mails you will be REGISTERED. E-mails related to financial transactions will be sent by PAG SEGURO

STEP 6: Fill your registration form adding every information (complete), because the Certificate and the Badge will be made according to your registration information and the receipt will be sent to the indicated address.
