IBRACON

The Brazilian Concrete Institute – IBRACON is a national technical and scientific organization for the defense and appreciation of civil engineering.

Founded in 1972, as an associative and non-profit organization, IBRACON provides information and knowledge about concrete in the areas of materials technology, design, management, control, architecture, structures and buildings.

To that aim, IBRACON promotes technical courses and events, publishes magazines and books, supports Technical Committees, certifies professionals, and so on.

Annually, IBRACON organizes Brazilian Concrete Congress, a national technical and scientific meeting to discuss scientific research, technological development and products and services innovation in the field of concrete.
