General condition for submission: papers, written in English or in Spanish (mandatory) must address the optimization of procedures and the needs to achieve the best design and construction results, as well as to specify ideal concrete properties, and issues for pavement maintenances. It must be understood in fact as an up-to-date and modern practice for the success of concrete pavement construction. Innovative research experiences will be accepted when their efficiency is demonstrated through actual field application. The editorial board will be rigorous about written English and Spanish, that should accomplish international patterns.
Registration policy for authors:
publication of submitted papers in continent upon preregistration of each accepted paper by at least one author.
